Ephemere is the third in a series of lively original-recipe beers that come and go before you know it. From season to season and year to year you'll find a different Ephemere beer.
Tasting Notes
Pours a hazy golden yellow with a medium sized white head. Yeast and apples on the nose, and a little hint of funk and wheat. Medium bodied and light with nice light carbonation. Ends gently with a little more apple flavor coming through. Easy drinking, and interesting.
