Description
A refreshing, light, hoppy, sour and very fruity tasting ale inspired by traditional Berliner Weisse ales.
Naturally soured by live cultures and dry hopped with American and New Zealand hops. Probably the closest thing I have tasted to fruit juice, that didn't contain any fruit at all! - It's a trip!
Berliner Weisse
Very wheaty, very sour style of Berlin. Berliner weissebier has a barely perceptible hop content, low alcohol, and a sharp character. Often these are laced with syrups to cut the intense acidity, but purists will want to take them neat to enjoy the multi-faceted complexity and thirst-quenching character.
