Lindemans Faro (250ml Bottle)
It's made from malt, wheat, hops, water, yeast. Candy sugar is added before the bottling takes place. It is a clear, light red coloured faro lambic with a small, creamy head.
Deep amber colour with a small head. The aroma is malt and apples. Sweet flavour with notes of malt, sourness and fruity bitterness.
Lambic Style - Faro
Faro is a lambic blend with the addition of sugar. These are well-carbonated, and are sweeter and more refreshing than gueuze. The flavour is often straightforward and sugary, with lighter barnyard and funk notes than other lambic styles. The odd variant contains other spices like orange peel as flavouring.
