The inaugural beer from our new Big Rock Brewery in Vancouver. BC’s majestic red cedars, the inspiration for our Brewmaster in this Pacific Northwest style red ale. A refreshing session brew to enjoy after a day exploring our beautiful backyard. The Big Rock difference in this red ale comes from hop backing whole Cascade leaf hops. Their citrus, flowery characters are complimented by the rich caramel and toffee flavours of Carastan and Munich malts.

Amber Ale

A style without definition, amber ales range from bland, vaguelly caramelly beers to products with a fairly healthy malt and hop balance. Often the differentiation between a quality amber and an American Pale is that the amber might have more dark malt character, or a less assertive hop rate.
