As yet unreleased from our barrel cellars, The Beer That Shall Not Be Named is a Belgian Strong Ale aged in Pinot Grigio & Sauvignon Blanc barrels for 10 months – VoldeMalt is a cherry-infused version created to launch Phase 3 of our Greener Futures Program. It features predominant tropical fruit aroma and flavour, wine-like character and some almond notes. Followed by alcohol warmth and a dry oaky finish.
INGREDIENTS: Local Spring Water, Organic Barley Malts, Organic Hops, Organic Cherries, Organic Cane Sugar, Brewer’s Yeast.
MALTS: Pale Ale, Pilsner, Carahell, Acidulated (all organic)
HOPS: Perle, Strisselspalt, Spalter Select (all organic)
YEAST: Belgian Golden Ale

Belgian Strong Ale
Belgian Strong Ales can vary from pale to dark brown in color, darker ales may be colored with dark candy sugar. Hop flavor can range from low to high, while hop aroma is low. The beers are medium to full-bodied and have a high alcoholic character. Types of beers included here include tripels, dubbels and ultra-strong abbey ales.
