Berg 3-Korn Hefe Weizen (500ml Bottle)
Our new 3-grain wheat beer is brewed only from organic ingredients. We encounter tangy, mild, fruity taste and a subtle smell malzblumigen. It is brewed as our bright mountain Hefeweizen in original open top fermentation. In addition to wheat malt and barley malt light here comes Dinkelmalz and roasted malt for use. The malting barley comes from an organic farming project in the region. According to the motto "Regional & Ecologically = optimal" the barley is grown in mixed culture as supporting fruit together with Alb-lenses.
Beer made with a speciality grain, most typically rye, but also common are rice, sorghum, millet, corn, buckwheat, oats and spelt. As this is a catch-all category, alcohol levels, bitterness, and color vary.
