Baxbier Oma’s Pruim (330ml Bottle)
The idea for this bokbier arose when the brewer sat under the plum tree in his grandmother's garden. Granny's Plum was good and the
fruit was nice and juicy with a little bit of acid. We could do nothing else than to make a nice well aged beer with it. This bokbier owes its complex malt character to three cereals and eight different types of malt.
The dark Bock has a deep copper to dark brown color. Medium to full-bodied, malt sweetness and nutty or light toasted flavors dominate. Hop flavor and aroma can be light to non-existent.
