Epic Lazy Hazy IPA (440ml Can)
This is the third recipe of the Epic Hazy IPA series. Each time we have made changes to see where the edges of the style are, and blend it with feedback from customers. This time we oversaturated the dry hop by 25%. Yup, we put in 25% more hops than we needed to. We could not extract any more hop oil and get it to dissolve into the beer. It’s as close to eating pure lupulin powder as you should get. Please don't eat Lupulin powder. Literally, we added way too much and more than we needed too. But it’s what you asked for so enjoy. We have also used an experimental hop variety from Yakima, HBC 522. It has an exceptional & unique aroma.
Since hazy beers are not filtered, we though that brewers were beginning to become Lazy, hence the name. Perhaps they are onto something, creating more time to enjoy a beer.
