Sawmill Raspberry Sour (440ml Can)
A fruited sour beer which has been soured naturally with a probiotic strain of bacteria. This bacterial fermentation lends a tangy sourness which when combined with a cocktail of raspberry puree and bright red hibiscus flowers creates an unusual but highly delicious beer. The malt base adds additional complexity as a result of the lightly doughy wheat malt and toasty Munich malt utilized. A light amount of table salt adds body and a pleasant finish which keeps you coming back for more.
