Mike's TIPA (330ml Bottle)

Description
This beer can lay claim to true bastardhood, originally sired by multiple fathers, Joe and Ron, TPA has been nurtured with mike's unmistakeable touch. His birth mother was collaboration, later adopted by necessity, the mother of all invention, he's still going strong in spite of multiple hop and malt changes. Pouring rich, deep golden amber, somewhat darker than most IPAs, and a creamy, khaki-white head lacing the glass beautifully. Tropical fruit punch with punch, aptly describes the experience. The sweet fruity start gives way to a woody, resinous rubbery aroma. The flavour first welcomes you in with a deep solid full flavour leaning toward sweetness, this however morphs into nuttiness and an intense bitterness which finishes high on the palate, bouncing back and forth between the back of the mouth and nose. ?This beer has been reported to propagate the wickedest, most flavoursome burps. ?Mouth-feel is chunky and viscous, a beer that you can truly get your teeth into. Serve chilled in a stemmed glass, allowing the rich colour to shine, and the aromas to entice the drinker. This beer is dangerously moreish for a 7. 0% ABV candidate, so beware and please drink responsibly.
India Pale Ale & IPA
India Pale Ale gets its name and unique style from British brewers who were making beer for export to India. This style has an intense hop flavor which was used to preserve the beer for the long voyage. India Pale Ale has a golden to copper color with a medium maltiness and body. The aroma is moderate to very strong. IPAs work especially well at cutting the heat of chili, vindaloo or Sichuan cuisine.
