Garage Project Hop Trial No. 3 (440ml Can)
We're also delighted to announce the arrival of the latest iteration of our Hop Trial program — No. 3 — which breaks from tradition and is an easier-going 5.4% pilsner, again showcasing a sectret and unreleased, work-in-progress potential new cultivar thanks to the folks at NZ Hops and Plant & Food Research. These releases have proven hugely popular, and public feeback (via the forms on hoptrial.co.nz) has provided a wealth of data already on these candidate varieties' characteristics. Like the others before it, this batch is available in larger-than-usual 440ml cans
While the definition of "pilsner" is open to much debate in the beer community, it generally refers to pale, hoppy lagers, ranging from 28IBUs and up.
