Roundabout Polish Hill Pils (Pablano)
This pils is spiced with pablano peppers which are grown in the Lawrenceville Community garden. Poblano peppers are so named because they are said to originate from the state of Puebla in central Mexico. They have thick, dark-green skin and a wide base which tapers to a point. In this beer it adds a friendly heat to the palate.
Any ale or lager made with herbs, spices or vegetables. The additive should be distinctive in the aroma. See beer description for flavor. Body, color, hop character and strength vary depending on the type of spice, herb or vegetable used.
