Our third and final Red IPA of the season is built upon a heavy malt base from NZ and the UK, along with 4 other speciality grains that impart both a comforting malt-forward backbone and a beautiful amber hue. The bitterness is slightly restrained here allowing the double dry hop of Simoce, Sequoia, and Ahhhroma to pop and shine. Expect a little malty number that’s chock full of hop character and the crimson colour of autumnal nostalgia.
